• Chromium Build Failed on Windows:D3D Compiler DLL (\third_party\angle\src)

  I have followed same step mentioned in this question. Few extra flag I have set get propriety FFMPEG codec. Its failing every time, with following logs.

  For FFMPEG using following set command :

  My System Information Details :

  Windows 10 64 Bit 8 GB RAM. Trail Version of Visual Studio 2015
  Installed, but now it is expired. Now I have installed Community
  Version 2013 update 4.

  Does it effect both version effect the execution ? Checked in path, its using Window Kit 8.1. What other part should I check for successful execution ?

• Want to add hue angle with colorchanelmixer in ffmpeg command for Android

  I am working with one of android app which have video filter effects feature.
  I am able to apply effects using colorchannelmixer, but i want to add hue angle value in command.

  Some one please help me how can i achieve this ?

  Please see above command and tell me how can i add hue command in this,(i tried several ways to add but not working)

• Detect rotation angle and rotate final video using ffmpeg version 2.8

  I used to work on ffmpeg 2.2 until now and was detecting rotation angle of video uploaded from android / iPhone mobiles and rotate the resulting video so that it run perfectly on a correct angle.

  But since I have updated the ffmpeg to version 2.8 I am getting this rotation problem. My queries are not rotating the videos as they were earlier.

  Here’r the commands I was using :

  To check rotation angle :

  ffprobe -of json -show_streams {$input} | grep rotate

  below is my final command to convert a video to mp4

  "fix_video_orientation" function is given below. It detect the angle of rotation of the initial video and output optimal option for rotating the final video.

  Currently above script is supporting "flv","avi","mp4","mkv","mpg","wmv","asf","webm","mov","3gp","3gpp" extensions, also the script is supporting the resulting .mp4 file to play on all browsers and devices.

  Now the ffprobe command is not returning rotation angle and so a portrait video if uploaded from iphone is showing as landscape on the website.
