    MediaSPIP uses HTML5 video and audio tags to play multimedia files, taking advantage of the latest W3C innovations supported by modern browsers.
    The MediaSPIP player used has been created specifically for MediaSPIP and can be easily adapted to fit in with a specific theme.
    For older browsers the Flowplayer flash fallback is used.

    It is no longer converted since mkv_write_chapters() is called
    
before mkv_write_tags() which happens since commit
    
4ebfc13c338423cf48f1a1266c890422367f7775. Given the fact that
    
chapters can also be written late, mkv_write_chapters() has to
    
convert the metadata itself.

    doc/developer : merge the 'contributing code' section into its parent chapter

    The section consistes of a single short paragraph linking to other
    
chapters. The enclosing chapter also has no other sections, all other
    
text is placed in the chapter directly.
    
Keeping a separate section for this paragraph just adds more clutter.
