• FFMPEG - Convert MKV to MP4 with all streams (subtitles) and watermark

  I spent few hours researching and still have problem...
  I want to convert .mkv file to .mp4 with watermark and subtitles (from mkv).

  I tried few commands but always error or success with watermark without subtitles.
  Here are some commands I tried (not all) :

  Partial Success - some files are converted with subtitles, but I have 153 files that are converted without subtitles... (both from .mkv to .mp4) :

  ffmpeg -i 025.mkv -vf "movie=logovideo2.png [watermark]; [in][watermark] overlay=main_w-overlay_w-10:10,subtitles=025.mkv [out]" 25.mp4

• How to add watermark as gif and text on video using ffmpeg

  i am trying to add gif and text on video using ffmpeg somewhat similar to tiktok.
want it to be like tiktok ie on top right gif and text and after sometime left bottom same gif and text on the video.

  this my command before add gif image

  


  ffmpeg -re -i /root/video.mp4 -acodec copy -vcodec copy -f flv rtmp://mydomain.com:2444/stream/play


  


  and when i add gif as watermark in the command like that appear error

  


  ffmpeg -re -i /root/video.mp4 -ignore_loop 0 -i /root/img.gif -filter_complex "overlay=10:10" -acodec copy -vcodec copy -f flv rtmp://mydomain.com:2444/stream/play


  


  Error is :
Streamcopy requested for output stream 0:0, which is fed from a complex filtergraph. Filtering and streamcopy cannot be used together.

  


  can any one help and put example to my command ?
