    The zip file provided here only contains the sources of MediaSPIP in its standalone version.

  • Multilang : améliorer l’interface pour les blocs multilingues

    Multilang est un plugin supplémentaire qui n’est pas activé par défaut lors de l’initialisation de MediaSPIP.
    Après son activation, une préconfiguration est mise en place automatiquement par MediaSPIP init permettant à la nouvelle fonctionnalité d’être automatiquement opérationnelle. Il n’est donc pas obligatoire de passer par une étape de configuration pour cela.

  • how to extract a metadata track from MP4 file

    I need to extract metadata track from a MP4 file and save as separate file. I see that, using ffmpeg I can extract standard tracks like Audio or Video or Subtitle track and save it as a new file. For ex : to save audio track I use the command below :

    ffmpeg -i input-video.avi -vn -acodec copy output-audio.aac

    But my need is to save a proprietary metadata track. Any pointers will be helpful.

    Here is output of ffmpeg to know different traks that are present in the file. Particuarly, I am interested in extracting track corresponding to Stream #0:3(eng)...

  • Concatenate multiple videos adding audio track with fade-out fade-in effects using ffmpeg [duplicate]

    The command to concatenate video using ffmpeg is like this :

    ffmpeg -i input1.mp4 -i input2.webm -i input3.mov \
    -filter_complex "[0:v:0][0:a:0][1:v:0][1:a:0][2:v:0][2:a:0]concat=n=3:v=1:a=1[outv][outa]" \
    -map "[outv]" -map "[outa]" output.mkv

    Command to add fade out/fade in effects at multiple points in audio would be like this :

    ffmpeg -i input.mp3 -af "afade=enable='between(t,0,3)':t=in:st=0:d=3,afade=enable='between(t,7,10)':t=out:st=7:d=3,afade=enable='between(t,10,13)':t=in:st=10:d=3,afade=enable='between(t,13,16)':t=out:st=13:d=3" -t 16 output.mp3

    I would like to combine those commands so that it would concatenate the video files and add audio track with fade in/fade outs between each video part. The problem is I can’t see any option to get length of each input video so that I can use it to compute where to place the fade in/out effects. Any way to get those values while passing parameters to afade filter ?

    I've tried this :

    Always same result. The file and quality are great, but obv since its karaoke... the lyrics need to match the timing and the converted files lyrics track is always about a full second or so ahead from when I play the original in a Karaoke program. Any ideas on what settings I could play with to help with this ?

    



    Both the original and the converted have the same play length at the end though. so the mp3 track seems to be ok.
