• Autostart Ffmpeg when I connect to Red5 ? [on hold]

  I have setup Red5 media server on my server along with ffmpeg and I can connect to my Red5 server using Flash Media Encoder and I can view my stream within my website.

  My problem is that I know you can now use ffmpeg to convert the stream into segmented files and create the m3u8 playlist.

  Unfortunately, my stream is not live 24/7, only on weekends, so I want to know if it is possible to automatically start the ffmpeg decoding process when the stream is active and end it when the stream finishes ?

  The website which I am using this on is Official Sound FM.

  Thanks in advance for helping me with this matter and if anyone should require my services to setup a similar streaming service with them, please don't hesitate to ask me.

  How can I stop my ffmpeg re-stream from crashing

  I'm running the following command in a .BAT file :

  :loop

  ffmpeg -i "RTMP ://IPADDRESS:1935/LIVE/STREAMNAME.STREAM pageUrl=http://URL.COM swfurl=http://domain.com/licensed/player-licensed.swf live=1" -isync -vcodec copy -b:v 400k -acodec copy -b:a 128000 -ar 32000 -f flv "rtmp ://IP:1935/LIVE/CHANNELNAME"

  goto loop

  Is there anything wrong with this line of code other than than the links i put for demonstration purposes ?

  As it keeps crashing something about DTS codec is crashing. Maybe I should use something other than "copy" for audio codec ?

  Im not sure.

  Please advise.

  I am trying to repair a corrupted 3GP video using the untrunc program, but I'm facing an issue due to an error.

  This error message indicates that the untrunc program is having trouble with a track named 's263'. This track could be a track or codec within the video file.

  


  How can I resolve this error and successfully repair the corrupted 3GP video ? What steps should I follow or can you suggest an alternative approach ?

  I was expecting trunc tool to fix the corrupted/trunced video. But it gave me this error and no matter how much I searched for a solution, I couldn't find anything.
