    MediaSPIP uses HTML5 video and audio tags to play multimedia files, taking advantage of the latest W3C innovations supported by modern browsers.

    MediaSPIP utilise les balises HTML5 video et audio pour la lecture de documents multimedia en profitant des dernières innovations du W3C supportées par les navigateurs modernes.
    Pour les navigateurs plus anciens, le lecteur flash Flowplayer est utilisé.
    Le lecteur HTML5 utilisé a été spécifiquement créé pour MediaSPIP : il est complètement modifiable graphiquement pour correspondre à un thème choisi.

  • How can I watch my video from a sdp file ?

    I’m using ffmpeg to create a streaming. It works fine. I have a server and with ffplay I can watch my stream.
    My only (big) constraint is real time.

    I have to embed it into an HTML page accessible from mobile devices.
    I tried with HTML5 video tag but I can’t include sdp files into it.

    With ffmpeg I create a stream from my webcam. I have also created the sdp file but in HTML5 doesn’t work.

  • replace a word in subtitle with ffmpeg

    I want to use ffmpeg to replace all occurrences of a word in all subtitles of a video file with ffmpeg. All non-subtitles channels should be copied (not reencoded) and all formatting from the original subtitles should stay if possible.

    example :

    ffmpeg -i input.mkv -SUBTITLEFILER='old_word/new_word' output.mkv

    I am using ubuntu 19.04 and bash (in case additional steps or dependencies would be required for this)

  • Encrypted HLS not playing in iPad 2

    I have generated HLS content using ffmpeg. This content is plain (i.e. without encryption).
    I am doing the segment level encryption i.e. after ffmpeg gives out the *.ts segments then
    I encrypt them using AES-128, CBC mode.
    After encrypting the content I edit the media playlist file.
    Following is the url of the encrypted HLS content I mentioned above.

    This content is not playing on iPad 2. What could be the possible problem with this content.
