    La gestion de la ferme passe par l’exécution à intervalle régulier de plusieurs tâches répétitives dites Cron.
    Le super Cron (gestion_mutu_super_cron)
    Cette tâche, planifiée chaque minute, a pour simple effet d’appeler le Cron de l’ensemble des instances de la mutualisation régulièrement. Couplée avec un Cron système sur le site central de la mutualisation, cela permet de simplement générer des visites régulières sur les différents sites et éviter que les tâches des sites peu visités soient trop (...)

    I have a YUV file. I need to encode it to H.264 but using three different bitrates. Is it possible to do it with one command so the yuv file does not need to be processed muttiple times ?

    Here's what I do right now :

    x264 -B 600 -o /path/to/output_first.264 /path/to/input.yuv
    
x264 -B 800 -o /path/to/output_second.264 /path/to/input.yuv
    
x264 -B 1000 -o /path/to/output_second.264 /path/to/input.yuv

    Is it possible to do it in one command to make it faster ? YUV file can be quite big so I don't want to extract it three times in a row. And all three encoding processes use the same input YUV file so I guess it should be possible.

  • ffmpeg bit rate

    I am transcoding a video using FFMPEG API in c code.
    I am trying to set the video bit rate using the ffmpeg API as shown below :

    ovCodecCtx->bit_rate = 100 * 1000;

    The Encoder I am using is libx264.

    But this parameter is not taken into effect and the resulting video quality is very bad.
    I have even tried setting related parameters like rc_min_rate, rc_max_rate, etc.. but the video quality is still very low as these related parameters are not taken into effect.

    Could any expert tell how one can set the bit rate correctly using the FFMPEG API ?
