    MediaSPIP is based on a system of themes and templates. Templates define the placement of information on the page, and can be adapted to a wide range of uses. Themes define the overall graphic appearance of the site.
    Anyone can submit a new graphic theme or template and make it available to the MediaSPIP community.

    Binaires obligatoires FFMpeg : encodeur principal, permet de transcoder presque tous les types de fichiers vidéo et sonores dans les formats lisibles sur Internet. CF ce tutoriel pour son installation ; Oggz-tools : outils d’inspection de fichiers ogg ; Mediainfo : récupération d’informations depuis la plupart des formats vidéos et sonores ;

    MediaSPIP utilise les balises HTML5 video et audio pour la lecture de documents multimedia en profitant des dernières innovations du W3C supportées par les navigateurs modernes.
    Pour les navigateurs plus anciens, le lecteur flash Flowplayer est utilisé.
    Le lecteur HTML5 utilisé a été spécifiquement créé pour MediaSPIP : il est complètement modifiable graphiquement pour correspondre à un thème choisi.

  • Transcoding wmv file to mp4 using Jave

    I am trying to use Jave to convert a wmv file into h264(mp4).
    The final version created by Jave plays fine with VLC player but when I try to use it inside the HTML5 video tag, it is not able to play the file.

    I am guessing that the issue is with the attributes I am setting for the video attributes.

    Java Code :

        videoAttributes.setCodec("mpeg4");
    
    videoAttributes.setTag("mpeg4");
    
    videoAttributes.setBitRate(new Integer(5000));
    
    videoAttributes.setFrameRate(new Integer(30));

  • Ffmpeg change height with fixed width

    I'm trying to change video dimensions using ffmpeg.
    For example, user is uploading video 1280*960.

    And i need to get video 640*480 in return.

    I tried this code and it works

    exec($ffmpegPath." -i ".$srcFile." -ar 22050 -ab 32 -f flv -s 640x480".$destFile,$tmp);

    but this method d't keep width/height balance of video (i.e. video 5000*480 becomes 640*480 and looks compressed from left and right).

    In case of this dimensions (5000*480) i need to get video on exit like 640*61
    i mean fixed height is not suitable for me.

  • FFMPEG : Offseting & merging audios [migrated]

    I am trying to offset multiple audios into one, each with different offset.

    <code>ffmpeg -i a.ogg -i 1.ogg -filter_complex "amix=inputs=2[op];[op]adelay=5000|15000" out.ogg

    Can someone help with understand how to correctly use adelay with amix for multiple files, I am trying to achieve something like this.
