    PHP et safe_mode activé
    Une des principales sources de problèmes relève de la configuration de PHP et notamment de l’activation du safe_mode
    La solution consiterait à soit désactiver le safe_mode soit placer le script dans un répertoire accessible par apache pour le site

    In rare circumstances, if the codec is not configured with the
    
proper parameters the input buffers can be allocated with a size
    
that's too small to hold an individual packet. Since MediaCodec
    
expects exactly one incoming buffer with a given PTS, it is not
    
valid to split data for a given PTS across two input buffers.

    When the joint table does not contain a valid entry, the decoding restarts
    
from scratch. By implementing the trick of jumping to the 2nd level of the
    
individual table (and inlining the whole), a speed improvement of 5-10%
    
is possible.
    

    On a 1000-frames YUV4:2:0 video, before :

    Make coefficient skip condition an explicit RD choice.

    This commit replaces zrun_zbin_boost, a method of biasing non-zero
    coefficients following runs of zero-coefficients to be rounded towards
    zero, with an explicit skip-block choice in the RD loop.

    The logic is basically that if individual coefficients should be rounded
    towards zero (from a RD point of view), the trellis/optimize loop should
    take care of it. If whole blocks should be zero (from a RD point of
    view), a single RD check is much more efficient than a complete
    serialization of the quantization loop.

    Quality change : derf +0.5% psnr, +1.6% ssim ; yt +0.6% psnr, +1.1% ssim.
    SIMD for quantize will follow in a separate patch. Results for other
    test sets pending.
