Automated installation script of MediaSPIP
25 avril 2011, parTo overcome the difficulties mainly due to the installation of server side software dependencies, an "all-in-one" installation script written in bash was created to facilitate this step on a server with a compatible Linux distribution.
You must have access to your server via SSH and a root account to use it, which will install the dependencies. Contact your provider if you do not have that.
The documentation of the use of this installation script is available here.

Ffmpeg lose streams while using -map 0
27 mars 2016, par NgoralI had a strange issue using ffmpeg on Ubuntu 14.04.
I run a commandffmpeg -i output2.avi -c:v h264 -minrate 2000k -maxrate 5000k -bufsize 2000k -profile:v high -level:v 4 -coder 1 -s 640x360 -bf 0 -pix_fmt yuv420p -r 25 -g 25 -c:a aac -ar 48k -b:a 321k -map 0 -y outpu.mp4
It provides such a usual output in console (already with -loglevel verbose) :

It works fine on my Win machine, on virtual machine with Ubuntu on it, but as ran on real Ubuntu it behaves like this. Do you have any ideas ?

MP4BOX- postfix BaseURL name in mpd file
10 novembre 2015, par user755I have generated mpd files successfully. however, I would like to change the
BaseURL
underRepresentation
element.Below command MP4Box generates
Q1_Video_10000_dashinit.mp4
as BaseURL,infact I’d like to changeQ1_Video_10000_tsxx.mp4
MP4Box -dash 5000 -frag 5000 -rap -bs-switching merge -out testvideo.mpd \
Q1_Video_10000.mp4I want to rename the postfix "_dashinit" to some userdefine string.

RGB to x264 : Strange color render
16 janvier 2014, par Maypeuri’m trying to make a video from an OpenGl context.
I’m Using glReadPixel, to be sure RGB buffer data is Ok i save it into a bmp file, wich i can read correctly.
My .h264 video is encoded but there are some artefact and i don’t understand why.
I tried a lot of different parameters for the x264_param_t but anything better !Bitmap saved (OpenGL real data) : Bitmap from OpenGl (1mo)
Raw h264 with error : Raw h264 video (1mo)
OpenGl ReadPixel :
int nSize = ClientHeight * ClientWidth * 3;
GLubyte *inBuff = new GLubyte[nSize];
glReadBuffer(GL_FRONT);
glReadPixels(0, 0, ldwidth, ldheight, GL_BGR, GL_UNSIGNED_BYTE, inBuff);The params define :
x264_param_default(&mX264_param_t);
x264_param_default_preset(&mX264_param_t, "placebo", "film");
