    MediaSPIP automatically converts uploaded files to internet-compatible formats.
    Video files are encoded in MP4, Ogv and WebM (supported by HTML5) and MP4 (supported by Flash).
    Audio files are encoded in MP3 and Ogg (supported by HTML5) and MP3 (supported by Flash).
    Where possible, text is analyzed in order to retrieve the data needed for search engine detection, and then exported as a series of image files.

    Certains réglages peuvent être fais afin de réguler les besoins des différents canaux.
    Dans un premier temps il utilise le plugin "Gestion de mutualisation"

  • extract audio with youtube-dl on windows

    I want to extract audio from a video downloaded with youtube-dl on windows. I got youtube-dl working, but am unable to extract the audio. This problem is caused due to not having the correct audio codes installed. When i try to extract audio it tells me the following :

    ’WARNING : unable to obtain file audio codes with ffprobe’

    youtube-dl man sais the following :
    - x -extract-audio convert video files to audio-only files (requires ffmpeg or avconv and ffprobe or avprobe)

    How do I install ffprobe or ffmpeg ? Do I install this on windows, or do I install this as a python extension ? I have no idea, can someone point me in the right direction ?

  • ffmpeg options to stream to Youtube

    Please bear with me as I don't really understand most of the commands behind ffmpeg.

    


    I am using this code to live stream from a raspberry 4B with a USB Logitech C920 to YouTube :
ffmpeg -re -f s16le -i /dev/zero -f v4l2 -thread_queue_size 512 -codec:v h264 -s 1920x1080 -i /dev/video0 -codec:v copy -acodec aac -b:v 128k -g 60 -f flv rtmp ://a.rtmp.youtube.com/live2/[key]

    


    The streaming works but I get the following error in the command line :
Non-monotonous DTS in output stream 0:0 ; previous : 0, current : -167 ; changing to 0. This may result in incorrect timestamps in the output file.

    


    I also get this error in Youtube studio :
Please use a keyframe frequency of four seconds or less. Currently, keyframes are not being sent often enough, which can cause buffering. The current keyframe frequency is 8.0 seconds. Note that ingestion errors can cause incorrect GOP (group of pictures) sizes.
Any help ?

    


  • Connecting IP Camera with YouTube using FFMPEG

    I´m trying to connect my ip camera with Youtube using ffmpeg to convert the stream from RTSP to RTMP.

    This works fine, but I have several problems that I don't know how to solve.

    


      


    1. Sometimes, for different reasons, I lose the connection with the camera : stoppage during the night, coverage problems... and I don't want the process disconnect from Youtube. How could I do it ? Could I put a default image while there is no connection to the camera ?

      


      2. 


    2. The last question would be. How can I guarantee that the Youtube player id associated with the process is always the same. It is quite inconvenient to have to update the player every time there is a connection problem.
