    À l’installation d’un site MediaSPIP, le plugin MediaSPIP Init réalise certaines opérations dont la principale consiste à créer quatre rubriques principales dans le site et de créer cinq templates de formulaire pour Diogène.
    Ces quatre rubriques principales (aussi appelées secteurs) sont : Medias ; Sites ; Editos ; Actualités ;

  • (Dés)Activation de fonctionnalités (plugins)

    Pour gérer l’ajout et la suppression de fonctionnalités supplémentaires (ou plugins), MediaSPIP utilise à partir de la version 0.2 SVP.
    SVP permet l’activation facile de plugins depuis l’espace de configuration de MediaSPIP.
    Pour y accéder, il suffit de se rendre dans l’espace de configuration puis de se rendre sur la page "Gestion des plugins".
    MediaSPIP est fourni par défaut avec l’ensemble des plugins dits "compatibles", ils ont été testés et intégrés afin de fonctionner parfaitement avec chaque (...)

  • Frame rate very high for a muxer not efficiently supporting it

    I got an error when trying to run the following command with FFMpeg :

    -i "file1.mp4" -s 506x406 -b:v 2000k -ar 22050 "file2.mp4"

    FFMpeg was stuck converting this video, which was just a 7Mb .mp4 file, for hours and eventually I had to kill the process.

    The output error from FFMpeg is as follows :

  • How to steam FFmpge video with FF server

    Requirement : Let say I need to generate a two hours of video using FFmpeg along with some text and audio.

    The FFmpeg will take 2 hours + some time to generate the video and only then I can stream the video.

    Is there any possible way to reduce the waiting time to stream the video ?

    In other words "Can I stream the video as soon as (Or with a little delay) the FFmpeg will start adding text and audio" ?

    There is a solution for android (java), to create thumbnails from a video that is online and weighs (658mb) about 2 hours and 30 minutes.

    I read that ffmpeg, allows you to do such a thing to create thumbnails.

    So I have some questions, since the video is online (http), it weighs a lot, so I can not download it :

    1) ffmpeg can run on an android app ?
    without having performance problems ?

    2) Is there probable solution without using ffmpeg ?
