    Les commandes suivantes permettent d’avoir des informations sur les formats et codecs gérés par l’installation local de ffmpeg :
    ffmpeg -codecs ffmpeg -formats
    Les format videos acceptés en entrée
    Cette liste est non exhaustive, elle met en exergue les principaux formats utilisés : h264 : H.264 / AVC / MPEG-4 AVC / MPEG-4 part 10 m4v : raw MPEG-4 video format flv : Flash Video (FLV) / Sorenson Spark / Sorenson H.263 Theora wmv :

  • Streaming interruption issue

    I am trying to send audio/video streams to justin.tv using the following command :

    ffmpeg -i Engl_01.avi -re -acodec copy -ar 22050 -vcodec libx264  -f flv rtmp://live.justin.tv/app/live_.....

    It works well for Linux but doesn't work under MS Windows 7 : the site (justin.tv) shows me a movie with interruptions, why is this ? Is there any option allowing ffmpeg to fix this problem for Windows ?

    when I run ffmpeg on ubuntu, it shows :

    I found avconv on http://libav.org, I am just perplexed by them

  • How do I get rid 'avformat.h' no such file or directory error while installing Video-ffmpeg ?

    I've been trying to install Video-ffmpeg but sudo make shows this error, FFmpeg.xs:7:22: fatal error: avformat.h: No such file or directory. compilation terminated.

    I've libavformat53 installed on my m/c. Is there something I've to install ?
