• Error in converting audio file format from ogg to wav [on hold]

  I am trying to convert an ogg format file that was created using webrtc (html5 usermedia content generated on firefox) and transferred and decoded on the server into a wav file through ffmpeg but am getting this error on cmmand line while trying to convert :

  Error opening filters!

  Although, I am able to play the file on server and using the same command, am able to convert .ogg files generated somewhere else. What might be I missing ?

  Here’s the source code that is used to write to the file :

  1) During startup - use the methods of getUserMedia API.

• FFMPEG amerge fails when one audio stream is missing

  I am trying to combine two video files (of size 320x240) and create a single, horizontally extended output video file (of size 640x240) but for the audio merging, the command fails when one of the input files does not contain audio stream.

  Here’s the command I am using :

  This command works fine when both input1.flv and input2.flv contain audio tracks. When either one lacks an audio track, the command gives the following error :

  Is there a way to make this command work even when one audio stream lacks an audio track or both of the audio streams lack audio tracks ?

• FFmpeg seeking (-ss) not working on some devices

  As the title states, -ss command is not working on some devices, like the Huawei Mate 10.

  



  Here is the command I'm using and how I get the values :

  The strange thing is that it completes without an error, but the output file is unreadable.

  



  I do not have the logs currently, but I have a user that can send it to me if you need it.

  I'm 100% sure that it is caused by -ss because I use a similar command for trimming a video elsewhere in my application and when the user exports the video without setting trimming points(-ss), then the video works.

  



  Here is the 2 command I use for trimming a video :
