• Error finding watermark path using ffmpeg in asp.net application

  I am using .net ffmpeg wrapper to post watermark on videos. Posting watermark works fine if i execute ffmpeg command directly but failed to find suitable watermark png file location if command executed via asp.net application.

  here is sample ffmpeg command

  Error on point ( Could find no file with path 'watermark.png' ) shows watermark.png file not found.
  I place watermark.png file in the following locations but still can't found

  i : application root

  ii : root where actual aspx page located

  iii : ffmpeg root

  iv : ffmpeg/bin/

  I also used complete path but still can't detected.

  Note : if i use same ffmpeg command in php and place watermark.png on location where actual php page exist watermark properly detected and command executed properly, but same approach not working in asp.net

  Can any one help me where should i place watermark.png file so that script can access it.

  Il faudrait pouvoir se passe du plugin ^? zpip-dist.

  Il est dans les plugins obligatoires :

  
  zpip-dist ;svn ://zone.spip.org/spip-zone/_squelettes_/zpip-dist/trunk

  On devrait le surcharger complètement pour que mediaspip_core en soit indépendant et ne se basant que sur z-core.

• FFmpeg will not run from php

  This is a live server i am on a Windows 2008 Web Edition R2 server with IIS7.

  I have tried all of this locally and it works perfectly. At first i thought this may have been a permisson issue i gave all ffmpeg folders and output folders full control. I also checked the php ini file to make sure exec is enabled.

  I was intially running the exec() function i later changed it to the system() function to see what ffmpeg was outputting. With the system() function it returns the error "Acess is denied". All of my research points to a IIS setting or Application Pool not having the correct permission. Any help would be much appreciated.

  FFmpeg location : C :\ffmpeg\bin\ffmpeg.exe

  I have been working on this for nearly a week even my server provider has no answer on why ffmpeg will not run from php. I believe this is a little deeper than full paths. It’s obviously a permission problem but the question is where is the permission problem ?

  It also seems that no .exe file can be executed from php.
