• How to enable different components of FFMPEG ?

  I've found this C# wrapper code around FFMPEG. I'm using ASP.NET MVC3 and C#. When trying to get it work, I'm getting the following error :

• How to load a movie from network share in FFMPEG's filters ? [migrated]

  I'm trying to overlay a video on top of another using ffmpeg filters but I have problem with escaping of the file path when it is on a network share.

  ffmpeg -i "\\my_nas\path\to\source.mov" -vf "movie='\\my_nas\how\to\properly\escape\this\path.mov'[clip2]; [in] scale=640:360,pad=640:368:0:0:white [resized]; [resized][clip2] overlay=W-128:H-8 [out]" ...other params... -y "\\my_nas\path\to\dest.mp4"

• Converting image format to jpeg using ffmpeg [migrated]

  Before I ask I want to say that I know about ImageMagick and the other image processing tools but I explicitly need to use ffmpeg.

  So, can someone tell me if there's a way to use ffmpeg to convert an image ( in any of the common formats ) to a jpeg format. I also need to scale it. Until now I've come with this :

  ffmpeg -i  -vf "scale=:-1"

  Any suggestion will be appreciated : )
