• Error while executing build.sh in ffmpeg-android

  I downloaded ffmpeg-android from the link : http://bambuser.com/opensource

  I followed the steps given in the file README available in that downloaded folder.

  I tried compiling ffmpeg with both android NDK r5 and r6, but got the same error which is as below :

   arm-linux-androideabi-gcc is unable to create an executable file.
  
  C compiler test failed.
  
  
  
   If you think configure made a mistake, make sure you are using the latest
  
  version from SVN.  If the latest version fails, report the problem to the
  
  ffmpeg-user@mplayerhq.hu mailing list or IRC #ffmpeg on irc.freenode.net.
  
  Include the log file "config.log" produced by configure as this will help
  
  solving the problem.

  Cygwin Version : 1.7.9

  Please someone help me in resolving it.

• ffmpeg fade filter installed but not working ?

  I have php 5.1.6 running on my CentOS 5 server running Apache 2.2.3

  I installed ffmpeg library and my aim is to covert a set of images into a slideshow with the fadein/fade out effect per image swap.

  Command ffmpeg says :

  firstly my ffmpeg was not having fade filter because it was giving error

  fade: filter not found

  so i installed the patch created vf_fade.c and made corresponding changes to Makefile and allfilters.c file of directory libavfilters in ffmpeg. configured it again then also ran commands 'make' and 'make install' Restarted the server but still its showing the same error

  fade: filter not found

  what should i do next ? if any more details needed please ask and all the helps and ideas and links will be appreciated.

• FFMPEG progress bar in java

  Is there a way I can get the FFMPEG progress bar like this ffmpeg-progress bar
  in java or at least use the script shown in the link to work in my Java file ?
