building opencv, got undefined reference to avformat_network_init error
2 décembre 2014, par Chan KimI am using CentOS6.5, I downloaded opencv-2.4.9, made build directory, and under there, ran ’cmake ..’ and ’make’. During the make run, I got this error message.
I found avformat_network_init in ffmpeg source, I installed ffmpeg once in my home and then to /usr/lib. but I don’t know how to tell cmake where ffmpeg is installed (include header and library).
Now I see some *.so files from ffmpeg under /usr/lib64. but why can’t cmake find the ffmpeg location ?
Thanks in advance. -
ffmpeg prevents access to page while processing
30 juin 2013, par KalI am having trouble accessing my page after calling ffmpeg. I can't access the page until the ffmpeg finishes processing the files.
I have a php create.php that calls videoHandler.php via ajax to create video files.
create.php
function createReady(){
$.ajax({
url: '/videoHandler', //server script to process data
type: 'POST',
async: true,
success: function(result) {
}
});
window.location.href = "/create";
}videoHandler.php
$ffmpegpath = "c:/ffmpeg"; $input = "hd_file.mp4"; $ouput = "out_480.mp4";
$exec_string = "$ffmpegpath -i $input -vcodec libx264 -b 250k -c:a libvo_aacenc -b:a 128k $output";
$output = "out_680.mp4";
$exec_string = "$ffmpegpath -i $input -vcodec libx264 -b 500k -c:a libvo_aacenc -b:a 128k $output";hd_file.mp4 size is about 500Mb
Is there a command that forces ffmpeg to work async. or any solution to my issue ?

Traceback error with Python when using ffmpeg to convert a video
16 mai 2013, par TheMickeyNickThe simple way my script runs is the user provides a folder location and a filetype and glob.glob() finds the files with the filetype provided and adds them to a list. It then uses a for loop and goes through the list and converts each video. But it doesn't like when I try to run my ffmpeg command. Any help would be awesome. I'm also using Win 7 64 bit with 64 bit ffmpeg and Python 3.3
Here's the error :OS Error
