    Dans MédiaSPIP, une rubrique a 2 noms : catégorie et rubrique.
    Les différents documents stockés dans MédiaSPIP peuvent être rangés dans différentes catégories. On peut créer une catégorie en cliquant sur "publier une catégorie" dans le menu publier en haut à droite ( après authentification ). Une catégorie peut être rangée dans une autre catégorie aussi ce qui fait qu’on peut construire une arborescence de catégories.
    Lors de la publication prochaine d’un document, la nouvelle catégorie créée sera proposée (...)

    Sur le site principal, une instance de mutualisation est définie par plusieurs choses : Les données dans la table spip_mutus ; Son logo ; Son auteur principal (id_admin dans la table spip_mutus correspondant à un id_auteur de la table spip_auteurs)qui sera le seul à pouvoir créer définitivement l’instance de mutualisation ;
    Il peut donc être tout à fait judicieux de vouloir récupérer certaines de ces informations afin de compléter l’installation d’une instance pour, par exemple : récupérer le (...)

    I have just downloaded the latest version of ffmpeg and I am trying to trim the first 14 and the last 6 seconds from a 40 seconds .mp3 file.

    The problem I have is that doesn’t matter what -t X I use, the output is always only 2 seconds in length. It’s my first using ffmpeg but it seems like something is forcing it to limit the output to 2 seconds.

    I tried a lot of commands including

    ffmpeg -ss 00:00:14.358 -i input.mp3 -ab 32k -t 00:00:20.04 -c:a copy output.mp3 -y
    

    
ffmpeg -ss 14 -i input.mp3 -ab 32k -t 20 -c:a copy output.mp3 -y
    

    
ffmpeg -ss 14 -i input.mp3 -t 20 -acodec copy output.mp3 -y
    

    
ffmpeg -ss 14 -i input.mp3 -acodec copy output.mp3 -y

    but the result is almost always a 2 sec mp3 file.
    Now I’m out of ideas.

    I’m using a fork of the cordova-plugin-video-editor library :

    The out of box cordova plugin example works well to encode a single video using the following code :

    I tried to merge WAV audio and RTMP video stream with -itsoffset parameter :

    ffmpeg -i rtmp://server/video/stream_folder/stream_id -itsoffset 00:00:15.0000 -i /audio/1227121.wav \
    
-codec:v copy -ac 2 -codec:a aac -strict experimental -f flv rtmp://server/sfolder/test_1

    But it works inappropriately (RTMP output is not steady, only voice or only video), and always prompts : mux overhead ratio 2000%, then conversion failed.
