• ffmpeg library take long encoding time

  I am making an android app in which user can insert a images and its turned into a video. I tried making a video over the photos(selected by user) with replacing green colour in video using ffmpeg library. But the results are not very satisfying and it’s take around 4-5 seconds to encode a video of around 15 seconds. There are already many apps present in play store but i was wondering how they achieved this effect in so much lesser time(like < 1 sec to encode 15 sec video).

• Concat video too long ffmpeg

  I have similar problem to this guy After merge videos, the duration is too long - ffmpeg but I have no idea how to make videos same format

• How to deal with "[asf XX] too long payload" message in ffmpeg ?

  I am trying to cut a small section of a video using the following sentence :

  ffmpeg.exe -i video.wmv -ss 00:20:02 -to 00:20:09 -crf 22  "C:\test.mp4" -y

  However, ffmpeg hangs showing messages like :

  [asf @ 03327b00] too long payload 0kB time=00:00:00.00 bitrate=N/A speed=   0x
  
         Last message repeated 352 times

  I have waited for more than 30 minutes and ffmpeg did not finish the cutting. Does anyone have any idea how to solve this ?
