    I googled, it seems opencl/cuda is not available in ffmpeg and handbrake.

    So, is there one tool can convert a video to h.264 or vp8 by GPU acc on OS X(linux can be accepted also) ?

    I am developing an Android application that recording screen of Android phone. I saw some applications that do the same job such as Screencast Video Recorder, ASC. I am quite stuck on how to start, especially I am looking for library to develop it from. So, I' m wondering if anyone know any library, or framework that I can use to developing the similar application ?

    i have to work with video files in my php website
    i have to do these actions with php commands

    1-make some different quality from original file like YouTube for example 600*800 or hd and etc..
    2-export movie sounds as mp3 file

    i need some commands to run in php to do this..

    i think must use FFmpeg and shell commands
