  I want to make IPTV with a topology like this :

  Restream / source -----> IPTV server -----> User

  The problem at the moment is the question of bandwidth that is still large.

  Finally I announced by IPTV software providers to transcode with Intel QuickSync video and FFmpeg.

  I followed the steps given by the software provider at the following link :

  I installed IPTV software on a laptop with an Intel processor, chipset and VGA.

  but when I do a transcoding test, an error always appears :

• Unable to create java InputStream from javaCV FrameRecorder Class

  I am using JavaCV to capture the video from my web camera using FrameRecorder.

  I am working to create a library utility class that would provide the webCam video as an 'avi' video InputStream, here I am unable to do so as the FrameRecorder does not provide any such facility, all it takes is a file name and persists the video on the filesystem.
  What should I do to generate a java InputStream from FrameRecorder ?

  Following is the sample code for reference :

  FrameGrabber frameGrabber = FrameGrabber.createDefault(1);
  
  frameGrabber.start();
  
  IplImage grabbedImage = frameGrabber.grab();

• My ffmpeg library is not being recognised as in inter or external command when trying to convert a video in python [duplicate]

  What im trying to do in python is to convert a 4k mkv video to 1080p mp4 video using the ffmpeg library.

  however i have been recieving the following error :
'ffmpeg' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

  


  I was expecting my video to be converted from 4k to 1080p however I still get errors. I have tried deleted and re installing the library through pip but unfortunately the error still occurs. Im not sure what to do and can anyone kindly assist me
