  • HLS supported video quality control in MERN App [closed]

    I want to convert the .mp4 video uploaded from the client side to be saved as HLS supported m3u8 playlist which contains videos for different video qualities in the server side. For this I would require ffmpeg command to do this. But the ffmpeg should be installed on the os. This would create problem if I deploy the application. What should I do ?

    


    I tried ffmpeg command on windows. But it is not working.
