• playing MPEG-dash streaming with FFMPEG [on hold]

  I’m having a problem when playing MPEG-dash streaming with ffmpeg. I know there are a lot of tools can play MPEG-dash like OSMO4, DASH.js.. However, I am wondering if I can play MPEG-dash with FFMPEG ?
  And one more question, How can I determine startup time when playing MPEG-dash streaming ? It means, the duration time when I request a MPD file from a server until I get the first picture of video display on a screen ?

  Code cant create a certain file
The thing is code isn't mine a took it from a friend and my friend get it from another person
and this 2 person can run code without any problem

  so things i checked is
path is right
programs is installed FFMPEG and PYTHON all additional libraries downloaded
i pretty sure error caused by regular path and i wanna know if absolute path can do the thing

  


• what is recommended to use with Mpeg-dash, VBR or CBR ?

  I need to trans code some videos to use them with Mpeg-dash, for bitrate, shroud I use variable bitrate (VBR) or constant bitrate (CBR).

  which of them work better with Mpeg-dash ?
