    Afin de palier aux difficultés d’installation dues principalement aux dépendances logicielles coté serveur, un script d’installation "tout en un" en bash a été créé afin de faciliter cette étape sur un serveur doté d’une distribution Linux compatible.
    Vous devez bénéficier d’un accès SSH à votre serveur et d’un compte "root" afin de l’utiliser, ce qui permettra d’installer les dépendances. Contactez votre hébergeur si vous ne disposez pas de cela.

    Afin d’assurer une gestion correcte de la ferme, il est nécessaire de notifier plusieurs choses lors d’actions spécifiques à la fois à l’utilisateur mais également à l’ensemble des administrateurs de la ferme.
    Les notifications de changement de statut
    Lors d’un changement de statut d’une instance, l’ensemble des administrateurs de la ferme doivent être notifiés de cette modification ainsi que l’utilisateur administrateur de l’instance.

  • ffmpeg same input as output file (temporary file needed but how ?)

    I don't know much about .bat files or ffmpeg and spent the last hour on the internet searching how I can solve my problem, but didn't find anything.
I want to make .bat file which removes the audio of a video and replaces it with the no-audio version. I already made a folder with my .bat file and ffmpeg and added an option to the context menu to open my .bat file.

    


    That's my .bat file currently :

    


    ffmpeg -i %1 -an -vcodec copy %1


    


    But ffmpeg can't overwrite the file it's currently reading. It would be great if somebody helps me how to create a temporary file without the audio, and then replace the input file with the temporary one.

  • What is a good/simple way to obtain a stream of song metadata from an online radio station ?

    What is a good/simple way to obtain a stream of song metadata (artist names and song titles etc.) from an online radio station ? Just the metadata, not the data (media). On bash command-line for now, thinking of getting it to a database (eg MySQL) in future.

    


    I have had success using FFMpeg to do this (simply FFMpeg -i <streamurl></streamurl>). However it only reports the song playing once - when it is run. If I specify an outputfile (e.g. -f null -) then it continues to run but does not report any updates to the "now playing" metadata. If I do not specify an output file then, after reporting that metadata, it quits (which in my case is more useful !).

    I can imagine one way round this would be to make a polling-loop, say every 10 seconds, only reporting when the metadata has changed (since the previous time). Does anyone have a battle-tested example ?

    But is there a better (or cooler way) to achieve this ?

  • Where is a place where ffmpeg player connects to server and starts buffering ?

    My app shows HLS streams, for showing I use ffmpeg player. A problem is that the player doesn’t change streams url relatively to current bandwidth. So I implemented logic about calculating bandwidth, but I cannot find where I have to implement url changing. I figured out that read_data method responsibles for buffering data. In this case I have to change url before calling read_data but I cannot find from what place it calls.
    So my question is
    Where is that place where the player connects to server and starts buffering data ?
    Maybe someone faced with same problem. Or knows ffmpeg well and know this place where is better to place change url logic. Please let me know, I open for all proposals
