How to create a video of a precise duration from a single image or by trimming a video using FFmpeg ? [closed]
29 mai 2024, par aasI'm trying to create a video from a single image with a very specific duration of 0.09375 seconds using FFmpeg. I've tried various commands, but I can't seem to get the exact duration I need. The closest I've gotten is 0.080000 seconds. It doesn't always have to be something like 0.09375, but I wanted to have an example for it.


I've also tried trimming a video, but from what I've read so far, the encoding of the video can be a problem. Even after trying different FFmpeg commands or using MoviePy directly, I've never arrived at the desired result.


Here are the steps I've taken so far :


Initial Attempt :


ffmpeg -loop 1 -i frame_00001.png -c:v libx264 -t 0.09375 -r 240 -pix_fmt yuv420p -vf scale=1920:1080 output.mp4



Resulting duration : 0.080000 seconds


Adjusted Frame Rate :


ffmpeg -y -loop 1 -i frame_00001.png -c:v libx264 -t 0.09375 -r 160 -pix_fmt yuv420p -vf scale=1920:1080 output.mp4



Resulting duration : 0.081250 seconds


I've also tried using the
setpts
filter, but I didn't get anything satisfying.

Creating a video from a single image or trimming an existing video were my two ideas, but if anyone has another method to create a video with such a precise duration, I'm all ears !


Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Using ffmpeg, extract audio streams from video file and output to single stereo wav file
8 décembre 2016, par Quantum_KernelI’ve been trying for a few hours to get the right arguments to do the below operation with ffmpeg, but i’m a bit out of my depth. If anyone can give me some guidance, that would be very helpful.
Input file is MXF with one video track and two separate 48k 24b PCM audio tracks.
I want to extract just the audio, map first track to left, second track to right and output as a stereo wave file.I am trying variations on the below command, but it seems to be unhappy about the video stream, giving the error
"mapchan : stream #0.0 is not an audio stream."
ffmpeg -i test2.mxf -vn -map_channel 0.0.1 output.wav_CH0 -map_channel 0.0.2 output.wav_CH1
Here is ffmpeg’s analysis of the streams in case it is helpful :

Issue with downloading read-only recordings on Teams [closed]
26 août 2023, par AnkitI have been following this guidance to download read-only Microsoft Teams recordings until last month (early July'23) successfully. But now when I am trying the same steps and everything, I am getting some error (given below for reference).


The code that I am trying in CMD -


ffmpeg -i "PASTE_YOUR_COPIED_REQUEST_URL_HERE" -codec copy NAME_OF_DOWNLOADFILE.mp4



The error that I am getting now -

I have tried the following things, but they didn't help -


- 

- Tried downloading inherently downloadable recordings (that are un-protected, non view-only videos)
- Removing some parts of the URL as highlighted/suggested by some Reddit users
- Tried different browsers (Edge and Chrome)
- Tried refreshing my ffmpeg folder with latest version
- Tried running the command in cmd with 'Run as Administrator' option












Please suggest how shall I download read-only Teams recording using either ffmpeg or some other tool ?
