    MediaSPIP utilise les balises HTML5 video et audio pour la lecture de documents multimedia en profitant des dernières innovations du W3C supportées par les navigateurs modernes.
    Pour les navigateurs plus anciens, le lecteur flash Flowplayer est utilisé.
    Le lecteur HTML5 utilisé a été spécifiquement créé pour MediaSPIP : il est complètement modifiable graphiquement pour correspondre à un thème choisi.

    MediaSPIP uses HTML5 video and audio tags to play multimedia files, taking advantage of the latest W3C innovations supported by modern browsers.
    The MediaSPIP player used has been created specifically for MediaSPIP and can be easily adapted to fit in with a specific theme.
    For older browsers the Flowplayer flash fallback is used.

    This is with "FFmpeg Media Encoder" from Google Store (Linux-based Android OS), but it has all the commands of ffmpeg for normal Linux.

    


    -shortest truncates the video to match the audio, and -longest has the last half of the video not have audio (for videos twice as long as audio,)

    


    what to use to loop audio (to match length of video with this) ?

    


    Video length is 15:02, so used ffmpeg -i "/audio.m4a" -c copy -map 0:a:0 "/audionew.m4a"-t 15:02 -stream_loop -1`, but got errors.

    


  • os.environ['PATH'] doesn't match echo %PATH%

    I have PATH variable set for ffmpeg which I tested with CMD command echo %PATH% but Python’s os.environ['PATH'] doesn’t contain registry of it. I’m using Jupyter notebook on Windows.

    This are the Instagram requirements in order to upload a video :

    


    - Container: MOV or MP4 (MPEG-4 Part 14), no edit lists, moov atom at the front of the file.
- Audio codec: AAC, 48khz sample rate maximum, 1 or 2 channels (mono or stereo).
- Video codec: HEVC or H264, progressive scan, closed GOP, 4:2:0 chroma subsampling.
- Frame rate: 23-60 FPS.
- Picture size:
  - Maximum columns (horizontal pixels): 1920
  - Minimum aspect ratio [cols / rows]: 4 / 5
  - Maximum aspect ratio [cols / rows]: 16 / 9
  - Video bitrate: VBR, 5Mbps maximum
- Audio bitrate: 128kbps
- Duration: 60 seconds maximum, 3 seconds minimum
- File size: 100MB maximum


    


    I'm using the https://github.com/PHP-FFMpeg/PHP-FFMpeg library and I'm able to get the metadata of the video this way :

    Some things are easy to verify like the Video Codec, Audio Codec & Duration, but how to I manage to verify the rest ?

    


    I also noticed that all the MP4 & MOV video samples I use, the metadata of codec_long_name always returns "MPEG-4 part 10" and the requirement is "MPEG-4 Part 14".
