    L’outil MédiaSPIP traite aussi les média transférés par la voie FTP. Si vous préférez déposer par cette voie, récupérez les identifiants d’accès vers votre site MédiaSPIP et utilisez votre client FTP favori.
    Vous trouverez dès le départ les dossiers suivants dans votre espace FTP : config/ : dossier de configuration du site IMG/ : dossier des média déjà traités et en ligne sur le site local/ : répertoire cache du site web themes/ : les thèmes ou les feuilles de style personnalisées tmp/ : dossier de travail (...)

    I am working on a project that requires a live feed of the mic from the pi ,
    so we started of with this aoss ffmpeg -f oss -i /dev/dsp -acodec mp2 -ab 32k -ar 10000 -r 800 -ac 1 -re -f rtp rtp ://234.5.5.5:2345
    which worked with streaming locally over vlc
    but how can one forward this port to the www, ps, my router has forwarding, and we tried directly passing it , but it didnt work.
    or is there any other or better method/protocol that can be used for www access to this Pi's feed
    hopefully without ssh(cause it is on limited platforms) and without ffserver(delay, duh !)

  • playing MPEG-dash streaming with FFMPEG

    I’m having a problem when playing MPEG-dash streaming with ffmpeg. I know there are a lot of tools can play MPEG-dash like OSMO4, DASH.js.. However, I am wondering if I can play MPEG-dash with FFMPEG ?
    And one more question, How can I determine startup time when playing MPEG-dash streaming ? It means, the duration time when I request a MPD file from a server until I get the first picture of video display on a screen ?

  • How to use Java or Python to implement a RTSP streaming server ?

    I want to implement a RTSP streaming server like DSS(Darwin Streaming Server).

    My idea is :

    1. I can use ffmpeg to send rtsp stream to my server.

    2. My server can hold this stream and waiting for VLC connecting.

    3. When VLC connects to my server, stream can be sent from my server to VLC.

    It’s only a fancy of mine, but I have no idea how to implement this server.

    Could you provide some advice or some documents.
