• Encode h264 automatically on nginx server

  I have installed and configured my own streaming server using Nginx with rtmp module base on this tutorial https://www.vultr.com/docs/setup-nginx-on-ubuntu-to-stream-live-hls-video. I only use live application and record stream into flv file. And now I want to encode any new flv files in my VOD directory automatically to play it on my website. Is it possible to config it in my nginx.conf ? I have tried set record_suffix .mp4; in order to play it without encode but failed.
  Additional, exec ffmpeg -i is not work for me when I want to restream into mobile application.

  I'm looking for a way to update the video length on an HTML5 video in the client side using Javascript.

  Example : I have a video clip loaded on the page that is 30 seconds long and I want to update it on the fly to be 45 seconds long.

  I had a look at the duration property of the HTMLMediaElement, but quickly discovered that the property was read only (source : https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/HTMLMediaElement). I also stumbled upon this blog post, but my ideal solution would be to have one continuous clip. I could accomplish this on the server side using a tool like FFMPEG, but I'd rather not add an increase in load time for our users.

  Any suggestions ?

  https://github.com/DanAndersen/webrtc-hololens-unity-docs for this implementation, I am pulling the C++ repo, from here https://github.com/DanAndersen/webrtc-mentor-client, I am able to buildopen CV , ffmpeg, but webrtc gives me everytime libraries although I had merged both windows and linux libraries . What could bethe possible reason ?enter image description here
