    La visualisation des images est restreinte par la largeur accordée par le design du site (dépendant du thème utilisé). Elles sont donc visibles sous un format réduit. Afin de profiter de l’ensemble de la place disponible sur l’écran de l’utilisateur, il est possible d’ajouter une fonctionnalité d’affichage de l’image dans une boite multimedia apparaissant au dessus du reste du contenu.
    Pour ce faire il est nécessaire d’installer le plugin "Mediabox".

    To overcome the difficulties mainly due to the installation of server side software dependencies, an "all-in-one" installation script written in bash was created to facilitate this step on a server with a compatible Linux distribution.
    You must have access to your server via SSH and a root account to use it, which will install the dependencies. Contact your provider if you do not have that.

  • FFmpeg, Icecast and metadata

    I use FFmpeg streaming to the Icecast server on my Windows machine in the following way (sound card line in) :

    ffmpeg -f dshow -channels 2 -i audio="Line In" -codec:a libmp3lame -b:a 128k -legacy_icecast 1 -content_type audio/mpeg -ice_name "Radio test 1" -ice_description "This is Radio test 1" -ice_genre "Rock" -ice_url "http://www.radiotest.com" -f mp3 icecast://source:password@ip:port/mountpoint

    This works ok.

    But I noticed an Icecast statistics that FFmpeg do not send "audio_info" metadata to Icecast while than edcast/altacast etc send it. And edcast/altacast do not send "user_agent" while FFmpeg is forced to send it.

    Do I get FFmpeg to send "audio_info" metadata to Icecast ?

  • ffmpeg - Live stream to web browser [on hold]

    I was looking for a solution to stream my desktop live on my Windows system and found out ffmpeg is a good solution using dshow and everything is working fine and well. I’m using a C# wrapper for ffmpeg to record my desktop and I can save it in a local file.

    The problem I have is that, I have to watch the stream on my Web browser ( Chrome / Firefox ). I can’t use Media Server’s like wowza, red5 and also can’t use ffserver.

    I tried the ffmpeg wiki https://trac.ffmpeg.org/wiki and documentation but couldn’t figure out how to do this.

    Please help me to figure out this, how I can do this.
