    MediaSPIP utilise les balises HTML5 video et audio pour la lecture de documents multimedia en profitant des dernières innovations du W3C supportées par les navigateurs modernes.
    Pour les navigateurs plus anciens, le lecteur flash Flowplayer est utilisé.
    Le lecteur HTML5 utilisé a été spécifiquement créé pour MediaSPIP : il est complètement modifiable graphiquement pour correspondre à un thème choisi.

  • Error with os.system in python script

    I am creating a python script that will convert files using ffmpeg and unoconv. However when I run the program, rather than getting a converted file the program simply displays the text :

    sh: 1: unoconv -f: not found

    Here is the script for my program :

        path = raw_input("Please drag and drop the directory in which the file is stored into the terminal:")
    
    os.chdir(path[1:-2])
    
    filename = raw_input("Please enter the name of the file you would like to convert, including the file-type. e.g. test.txt, however please do make sure that the file-name does not have any spaces:")
    
    Fileextension = raw_input("What filetype would you like the program to convert your file to. E.g. .mp3: ")
    
    body, ext = os.path.splitext("filename")
    
    os.system("'ffmpeg -i ' + filename + body + Fileextension ")

    Any ideas as to why this happens ?

  • Stream video from python code(ffmpeg)

    I have video frames from below code

    (grabbed, frame) = camera.read()

    Now I want to stream this live video from my python code.

    I plan on using ffmpeg but please do tell me if I can do this with another tool.

    I have tried this but didn’t work :

    subprocess.call(["ffmpeg", "-f", "rawvideo", "-pixel_format", "bgr24", "-video_size", "544x576", "-framerate", "25", "-i", "-", "http://localhost:8090/feed1.ffm"], stdin=frame.tostring())

  • Stream two vides in a row over http?

    I have two video files (mpg) and I want to stream them back to a client (mobile devices) but as one video : the first one appended to the second one.

    I know I can use ffmpeg to concat them :

    ffmpeg -i "concat:input1.mpg|input2.mpg|input3.mpg" -c copy output.mpg

    What I want is to avoid creating that concatenated file because I have potentially dozens of files to play, and I want to stream them and stop when the user closes the window and not create that one big output chunk.

    For what it’s worth, I plan to stream those with Node.js.
