  • How ffmpeg efficiently compare a png logo with video except png's transparent background pixels ?

    I want to find frames with the logo image from video, and to concat theses frames without commercials for getting ad-free video.
I tried this first by using ffmpeg & jpg logo image.

    


    ffmpeg -i input.mp4 -loop 1 -i logo.jpg -an -filter_complex crop=47:25:639:24,"blend=difference:shortest=1,blackframe=95:60" -f null -


    


    And it works, but in the case by case, less accurate with blackframe setting number.
So I tried png logo image with transeparent background.

    


    ffmpeg -i input.mp4 -loop 1 -i logo.png -an -filter_complex crop=47:25:639:24,"blend=difference:shortest=1,blackframe=95:60" -f null -


    


    But on the contrary of my idea, the results came out worse than jpg logo. It seems that the cause is why ffmpeg compare the png's transparent background part pixels too with video.

    


    Is there a way to compare png logo with video except png logo's transparent part pixels, and efficiently find frames with logo in the position of video ?

  • Need To add Logo as a Watermark on Video in Python 2.7 [closed]

    I need to add a watermark on video and make new video file. The Watermark will be the logo that is png file. I am using python 2.7 as project is built in Python 2.7 and Django. I need to process the video further and then need to upload on the youtube. So for that I need to attached the logo of the company as the watermark. I need to do it in python 2.7 specific. I am now getting anything I googled up and tried many solutions.

    


  • How to have the camera 'desynchronized' with Illumination changes ?

    For my current project, I have to record a video stream from a USB camera connected to Raspberry-Pi. While recording the videos if there are any illumination changes the camera should not synchronize it's preview/recording to the light change. Instead it should only record what it sees without any changes from camera input(for ex : exposure, contrast or brightness).

    


      


    1. I tried making changes in FFMPEG config and reinstalled it but it doesn't seem to work.

    2. I turned off auto_exposure with opencv but that wasn't useful either.

    I am using OpenCV for recording the videos later from which face recognition and skin-type classification will be done. So it is important that the Face color is not altered by the camera automatically with external illumination change. Can someone please help me with this ? Thanks.
