• Limit number of Start-Process running in poweshell

  I have tried to limit the number of Start-Process running from a Powershell, but I can’t seem to get it to work.

  I tried to follow this process : https://exchange12rocks.org/2015/05/24/how-to-limit-a-number-of-powershell-jobs-running-simultaneously/ and Run N parallel jobs in powershell

  But these are for Jobs not Processes, and I would like to remove the -Wait from the Start-Process

  My concern with the script is that if there are 1000 audio files in the folder, then FFMpeg would crash the system.

• FFMPEG Streaming Running 3x Faster

  Hey i’m recording stream from an IP camera with FFMPEG . But when i play it in VLC or Media Player after recording the video player 3x faster. The Input to ffmpeg is :

  ffmpeg -i "http://10.11.16.127:90/livestream.cgi?user=admin&pwd=&streamid=0&audio=0&filename=" -c:v libx264 -t 300 -an output.mp4

  Any Help would be appreciated.
  I am using FFMPEG in windows machine.

  I need t create a web app that will utilize ffmpeg for compositing , converting video sources. I cam across videoConverter.js.

  Does anyone know of any other options ?
  Can I use a C# solution ?
