• JavaCV RTMP YouTube Stream results in Error "YouTube is not receiving enough video to maintain smooth streaming , viewers may experience buffering"

  I’m using the RecordActivty.java to stream a live video on YouTube.
  The Stream goes well for around 2-3 minutes but then I get an error YouTube is not receiving enough video to maintain smooth streaming , viewers may experience buffering. And then a few seconds later, the video starts to buffer or becomes choppy, and is not smooth.

  Any solutions ?

• is there a way to change dynamic the water mark text color when using ffmpeg depending on the background color when recording a vieo file ?

  This command in the command prompt window is working fine and recording the entire screen :

  


  ffmpeg -f gdigrab -framerate 24 -i desktop -preset ultrafast -pix_fmt yuv420p out.mp4


  


  this command prompt add a water mark text in the middle of the screen in white color :

  


  ffmpeg -f gdigrab -framerate 24 -i desktop -vf "drawtext=fontfile=path/to/arial.ttf:text='All rights reserved to ...':fontsize=24:fontcolor=white:x=(w-text_w)/2:y=(h-text_h)/2" -preset ultrafast -pix_fmt yuv420p out.mp4


  


  the problem is that the water mark text is in white and i can see it only when the background window color is black for example when i bring to the front the ffmpeg console window :

  


  

  


  but when it's recording some window with white background, because the text is white it can't be seen.

  


  I want to update the command prompt of the ffmpeg to make somehow dynamic so if the background window is black show the water mark text in white and then if I'm bringing up a window with background white change the water mark text automatic to black.

  


  this is the command i tried for the dynamic effect but it didn't work i got errors and then i tried so many versions of the command line, but nothing helped or worked.

• Videos written with moviepy on amazon aws S3 are empty

  I am working on processing a dataset of large videos ( 100 GB) for a collaborative project. To make it easier to share data and results, I am keeping all videos remotely on an amazon S3 bucket, and processing it by mounting the bucket on an EC2 instance.

  One of the processing steps I am trying to do involves cropping the videos, and rewriting them into smaller segments. I am doing this with moviepy, splitting the video with the subclip method and calling :

  subclip.write_videofile("PathtoS3Bucket"+VideoName.split('.')[0]+'part' +str(segment)+ '.mp4',codec = 'mpeg4',bitrate = "1500k",threads = 2)

  I found that when the videos are too large (parameters set as above) calls to this function will sometimes generate empty files in my S3 bucket ( 10% of the time). Does anyone have insight into features of moviepy/ffmpeg/S3 that would lead to this ?
