• How do I get videos to upload using ruby on rails carrierwave-video ?

  I tried to follow the instructions on the github website for the video uploader process using carrierwave-video gem but get an error that says the file or directory mmpeg -i doesn’t exist.

  The upload path for images functions correctly, just not the video one.

  I have added all of the following code necessary to help solve the error and minified as much as i possibly could.

  I have a newer mac and should be able to use HVEC_videotoolbox from either these 2 videos or the .webm file created.

  The closest I found was this which seems to generate a corrupt video that cannot be viewed in safari. Use FFmpeg to generate a movie with alpha channel from separate video and fill movies ? but

  I am new to use ffmpeg.I am trying to extract images from video at particular possession but failing. could any one help me in solving this problem.
  it is compiling with out any exceptions. Insted of video = "web url" if i am using video = "D :\movies\The Wow.mp4" ;it is giving frame.jpeg which is blank.insted of frame i need.
  my c# code is :
