    Une file d’attente stockée dans la base de donnée
    Lors de son installation, SPIPmotion crée une nouvelle table dans la base de donnée intitulée spip_spipmotion_attentes.

    Comme les documents de type "audio", Mediaspip affiche dans la mesure du possible les vidéos grâce à la balise html5 .
    Un des inconvénients de cette balise est qu’elle n’est pas reconnue correctement par certains navigateurs (Internet Explorer pour ne pas le nommer) et que chaque navigateur ne gère en natif que certains formats de vidéos.
    Son avantage principal quant à lui est de bénéficier de la prise en charge native de vidéos dans les navigateur et donc de se passer de l’utilisation de Flash et (...)

    I am trying to create a media server, and only want to transcode video when it's played. However I need the playlist in advance so that the client play can load the video metadata. Is this possible ?

    


    I want to do something like this :

    


    Client -> GET m3u8 (pregenerated in advance)
Client -> GET ts -> Transcode only this single ts file
Client -> GET ts -> Transcode only this single ts file
Client -> GET ts -> Transcode only this single ts file


    


    I don't want to transcode the entire video at once, I want to be able to only transcode the part that is requested.

    


    Is this possible ? Also open to using MPEG-DASH instead if needed.

    For this type of video, do I get the right colors for jpgs ?

Color range : Limited
    
Color primaries : BT.709
    
Transfer characteristics : BT.709
    
Matrix coefficients : BT.709

    


    For the video, I tried making jpegs using this code, but the colors did not match :

  • Encode per-frame timecode in ffmpeg ?

    Is there a way to encode per-frame timecode using ffmpeg ?

    I’m exporting video that has been (non-linearly) time-warped, but I want to maintain the original timecode in the metadata of the video file in a way that other players (like avid and rv) understand.
