• what is FFmpeg ?

  I am using the LINK to take frame from video ..but it says to create a commercial project that decodes H264 video, we have to make sure that we get a license from MPEG LA.
  Why should we get license ?some tutorials say that we have to give complete source code to
  LGPL , if we integrate statically FFMPEG.what is mean by statically ? what is the other option ?can we submit our App to Appstore(for storing video streams in server) without getting license from LGPL ?i am getting confused ? any help please ?

  can any one recomended same online video converter ? I have very slow netbook but needed play avi, wmv, mkv on my iPhone and Android tablet. Also I planed to by WP (Windows Phone) Nokia 920, but sucks Microsoft havent support my video libs so I need online video converter. My videos files size from 300M to 4GB and resolution from 360p to 720p and 1080.
  Can any help me with online video converter ?

  I want to concatenate MP4 videos with FFmpeg, the problem is when I want to merge videos taken with Iphone and Android it throws problem :

  Non-monotonous DTS in output stream 0:1 ; previous : 150528, current : 139268 ; changing to 150529. This may result in incorrect timestamps in the output file.

  This is my code

  merge.txt

  FFmpeg command

  ffmpeg -f concat -i marge.txt -c copy -y merge.mp4

  If I can’t merge this videos how can I make them with same parameters (frame rate, bitrate...) and merge them ?

  I use FFmpeg version 2.4.2, because I can’t find android FFmpeg library higher then 2.4.2.
