    Le chemin d’un document audio ou vidéo dans SPIPMotion est divisé en trois étapes distinctes.

    Comme les documents de type "audio", Mediaspip affiche dans la mesure du possible les vidéos grâce à la balise html5 .
    Un des inconvénients de cette balise est qu’elle n’est pas reconnue correctement par certains navigateurs (Internet Explorer pour ne pas le nommer) et que chaque navigateur ne gère en natif que certains formats de vidéos.
    Son avantage principal quant à lui est de bénéficier de la prise en charge native de vidéos dans les navigateur et donc de se passer de l’utilisation de Flash et (...)

  • Compress Videos in Android using FFMPEG

    I have already put the gradle of writing minds to compress videos.

    compile 'com.writingminds:FFmpegAndroid:0.3.2'

    Now after syncing project, I have list of videos fetched from external or internal storage. videos of size upto 100 or 500 mb. Now when user clicks on that, video must compress and returned the compressed url so that i will be able to upload the compressed video to the server.

    Please suggest or do some lines of code or any guidance.

  • What is the format of ffmpeg -vstats_file ?

    When i run my FFMPEG command along with -vstats_file , one of the lines are

    frame= 182 q= 9.0 f_size= 17215 s_size= 3782kB time= 23238.835 br= 1418.5kbits/s avg_br= 1.3kbits/s type= P

    In here can somebody explain me what is the format of "Time"

    The Duration of the video file is 20.36s(Seconds). Assuming the time above is in milliseconds its pretty much higher than the length of the origin la video file.

  • Using ffmpeg in Powershell

    Can’t find much information on this, as I believe it’s a pretty noobish problem and there aren’t really any tutorials on it. Can anyone explain how I can use ffmpeg in a powershell script ? I downloaded ffmpeg and I have the path to ffmpeg.exe. Shouldn’t I be able to do something like this ?

    "C:\path\ffmpeg.exe" -i stuff.mp3 stuff.wav

    It returns an error message along the lines of -i not being a recognized parameter. Am I missing something pretty basic here ? Thanks for any help. I’m trying to convert some audio files between .wav, .mp3. and .flac, and if anyone has any better suggestions than ffmpeg then please let me know.
