Running batch file from C# causes file not found error [on hold]
29 juillet 2018, par user10152616I am streaming an IP camera using the program FFMPEG. I made a C# windows sform app to restart the FFMPEG process if it stops running. The C# app kills the process and starts a batch file which runs the FFMPEG command. It works great. However, I wanted to change the FFMPEG command so that it loads a .acv color file to correct some haze in the image. The problem is FFMPEG says file not found when it tries to load the .acv file. FFMPEG and the .acv file are in the same directory so I don’t see how this is possible. The batch file works fine if I double click on it. It’s only when run from the C# program that FFMPEG can’t find the .acv file.
Any help greatly appreciated,
Thanks

Unplayable video after running FFmpeg command
25 mai 2020, par HB.I asked this question last year. I resolved the issue I had and I implemented the same logic for merging an image with a video, instead of two images. This is running on Android.

Here is the command I'm using currently :

"-i", mFilePath, "-i", drawingPath, "-filter_complex", "[0:v]scale=iw*sar:ih,setsar=1,pad='max(iw\\,2*trunc(ih*47/80/2))':'max(ih\\,2*trunc(ow*80/47/2))':(ow-iw)/2:(oh-ih)/2[v0];[1:v][v0]scale2ref[v1][v0];[v0][v1]overlay=x=(W-w)/2:y=(H-h)/2[v]", "-map", "[v]", "-map", "0:a", "-c:v", "libx264", "-preset", "ultrafast", "-r", outputFPS, outputPath}

47/80/2
is calculated by getting a device's screen dimensions -1128 x 1920
.

When running this on certain devices, it results in an unplayable video.

But running the following command works perfectly fine :

"-i", mFilePath, "-crf", "18", "-c:v", "libx264", "-preset", "ultrafast", outputPath};

I think the issue is with the filter being applied ?

I compared running the first command on two different devices.

-

- On the first device (Samsung J7 Pro), I was able to run the command successfully and play the video afterward. I tested the output on both devices and it is working.
- On the second device (Sony Xperia Tablet Z), I was able to run the command successfully but could not play the video. I tested the output on both devices and it doesn't play on either. It does play on my computer.

I compared the original video with the one not working and the one without a filter and the only difference I could find is that the one that is not working profile is
Baseline@L4.2
and the one without a filter profile isBaseline@L4.0
. The original video profile isHigh@L4.0
.

Here are all the videos. The original, the one without a filter (working) and the one with the filter(no working).

I have no idea why this is happening ? Any help would be appreciated.

Edit 1 :

Here is the actual log as requested :

"-i", "/storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.my.package/files/CameraTemp/2020_05_24_09_17_53.mp4", "-i", "/storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.my.package/files/MyVideos/tempShapes.png", "-filter_complex", "[0:v]scale=iw*sar:ih,setsar=1,pad='max(iw\\,2*trunc(ih*47/80/2))':'max(ih\\,2*trunc(ow*80/47/2))':(ow-iw)/2:(oh-ih)/2[v0];[1:v][v0]scale2ref[v1][v0];[v0][v1]overlay=x=(W-w)/2:y=(H-h)/2[v]", "-map", "[v]", "-map", "0:a", "-c:v", "libx264", "-preset", "ultrafast", "-r", "30", "/storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.my.package/files/MyVideos/video with line.mp4"

"File descriptor in bad state" error while running ffmpeg on android device and selecting an input device
25 août 2012, par user1545779Below is the output of the ffmpeg command :# ./ffmpeg -y -f s16le -i /dev/snd/pcmC3D0c 1640.wmv -to create an audio file from a Logitech webcam on an android device.
As shown in the output, I received a File descriptor in bad state error for referring to the mic input as /dev/snd/pcmC3D0c I determined the value of the device (webcam mic) by reviewing the contents of /proc/asound. The webcam mic was card3 and its STREAM0 file indicated that the mic has an audio format of format S16_LE
It was also confirmed that it is a capture device and its' pcm id was pcmC3D0c (C3 being the card number and D0 being the Device number. I then confirmed the correct device by checking the /dev/snd/ directory to confirm its proper and full description. The /dev/snd folder confirmed that the mic was /dev/snd/pcmC3D0c
I then checked the permissions and ownership to make sure that I could use that device. Hence as far as identifying the correct device to used I do believe that /dev/snd/pcmC3D0c is the correct device. I do believe this error could possibly have something to do with the OS, however after all these checks, I still cannot figure out what is giving the bad file descriptor state error.
Please note that I tested for different output formats, etc and that did not make any difference. Any leads or suggestions ?
# ./ffmpeg -y -f s16le -i /dev/snd/pcmC3D0c 1640.wmv
