  • Multilang : améliorer l’interface pour les blocs multilingues

    Multilang est un plugin supplémentaire qui n’est pas activé par défaut lors de l’initialisation de MediaSPIP.
    Après son activation, une préconfiguration est mise en place automatiquement par MediaSPIP init permettant à la nouvelle fonctionnalité d’être automatiquement opérationnelle. Il n’est donc pas obligatoire de passer par une étape de configuration pour cela.

  • Ajouter des informations spécifiques aux utilisateurs et autres modifications de comportement liées aux auteurs

    La manière la plus simple d’ajouter des informations aux auteurs est d’installer le plugin Inscription3. Il permet également de modifier certains comportements liés aux utilisateurs (référez-vous à sa documentation pour plus d’informations).
    Il est également possible d’ajouter des champs aux auteurs en installant les plugins champs extras 2 et Interface pour champs extras.

  • OpenFaas. Write python function with FFmpeg using

    I need to write OpenFaas function which can accept binary file as parameter. This function will extract some data from that binary file. Based on that data function will generate ffmpeg command. And finally function must be call ffmpeg to process generated command and return file as output.

    


    Function language must be python, because I need to use some python modules to process input binary file.

    


    The main questions :

    


      

    1. Can I accept binary a file as function parameter (in python function) ?

      2. 


    2. Can I call ffmpeg from python function, and return binary file as output ?

      3. 


    


    I have already met with alexellis official example (https://github.com/alexellis/openfaas-streaming-templates) but that example used bash language.

    


    I have one idea, but I don't know is it correct.
Maybe I can use example with bash, to accept binary file as parameter, then I call python script, after that I call ffmpeg, and return file as output as described in the example.
But I need some python modules available with pip. So, I don't know how I can got this.

    


    I'm newest in OpenFaas, so any idea would be appriciated

    


  • Generating fragmented mp4 ffmpeg is causing the video to have a duration of 0ms in bento4

    Im using ffmpeg to generate a fragmented mp4 with the following command :

    


    ffmpeg -re -i ./input.mp4 -g 52 \
-strict experimental -acodec aac -ab 64k -vcodec libx264 -vb 448k \
-f mp4 -movflags frag_keyframe+empty_moov \
./output.mp4


    


    When I'm playing it in an HTMLMediaElement the video.duration = Infinity.
When I inspect the file with mp4info from bento4 I get :

  • VIDEO HLS (m3u8) - Simulate a local connection rate ?

    I am in local development, wampserver and laravel 5.3

    I use ffmpeg to convert video files to HLS (video.m3u8).

    The quality adapts according to the user’s connection speed. Youtube uses this technology.

    I now want to test according to the bitrate but I am in local.
    The video plays automatically in the best format.

    Is there a solution to simulate a local connection rate ?
