• Stuck in deadend while compiling ffmpeg with nvidia CUDA support on Ubuntu 18.04 and GeForce GT 730

  I want to compile ffmpeg with CUDA support, on Ubuntu 18.04, and my graphics card is GeForce GT 730 (so far I have not CUDA programming experience).
  Here nvidia claims that it has at least some transcoding support.

  I have cloned https://git.ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg.git and as I understand I also need to build and install nv-codec-headers.

  But there in the README, they say that minimum driver version for Linux is 418.30 or newer. So I went to nvidia site to download driver and after selecting my card I got this download link. So the driver version is high enough it seems. But when I try to install it I get message that this device will be ignored by that driver and that it is supported by legacy driver 390.xx (which is version I can install with apt).
  Is something wrong with nVidia, why are they offering me driver that is cannot be used for this device ?

  I’ve installed 390.xx driver using ubuntu-drivers autoinstall and built ffmpeg, but when I try to run it I get this error : Cannot load cuvidGetDecodeStatus [h264_cuvid @ 0x562a86dbc680] Failed loading nvcuvid.

  I suppose it is because of driver ?

  So, what can I do to unstuck myself ?

  Les champs_sup antérieurs $fluxarticle ?truc ? deviennent maintenant $fluxarticle ?champs_sup ?truc ?
  On fait cela pour gérer d’autres propriétés spécifiques par objet comme :
   $fluxpage ?type_orig ? = ’article’ ; => indique que le type d’origine est article ;
   $fluxpage ?diogene_max ? = 1 ; => indique que l’on ne peut avoir qu’un seul diogène de ce type ;
   $fluxpage ?ss_rubrique ? = true ; => indique que ce type de diogène est sans rubrique, ne peut correspondre à 1 secteur ;
  Passage en version 1.2.0

• FFMPEG : merging multiple audio (MP3) and single image convert them into a video [on hold]

  I'm tired of searching for this problem. I have found 2 solutions here, but both work only partially.
  What I want to do is to convert all the MP3 inside a folder (if possible subfolders, too) to avi or anything else accepted by Youtube. I have created 2 .bat that should do this (according to the other threads here). They don't, one of them creates the avi without the image (black) and the other seems to capture the screen.
  Here they are.
  If you know about ffmpeg please point me to the right direction. Thank you.

  This one uses mp3info.exe - to be honest I have no idea what mp3info does, I just guess it finds the lenght of the song to be mathed later with the length of the video.

  This seems more simple, runs faster but captures the screenshot and ignores the cover.jpg file.

  mp2info.exe, cover.jpeg and the .bat scripts are in the same folder with the .mp3 files.
