    Chaque utilisateur dispose d’une page de profil lui permettant de modifier ses informations personnelle. Dans le menu de haut de page par défaut, un élément de menu est automatiquement créé à l’initialisation de MediaSPIP, visible uniquement si le visiteur est identifié sur le site.

    Accéder à la configuration et ajouter des langues prises en compte
    Afin de configurer la prise en compte de nouvelles langues, il est nécessaire de se rendre dans la partie "Administrer" du site.
    De là, dans le menu de navigation, vous pouvez accéder à une partie "Gestion des langues" permettant d’activer la prise en compte de nouvelles langues.

  • Decode h264 example ios 7 frame by frame

    Good day.

    I have a ip camera. From it frame by frame comes stream h264.

    On the Internet, in particular on stackoverflow, a lot of information about how to decode h264 on iOS.
    But this information is not clear.
    I ask you to show me an example and show right direction of how to decode a frame by frame h264 stream to iOS 7.

    What options I have seen and what I know about them :

    • ffmpeg - not suitable for me, as it has LGPL license.

    • AVAnimator library - license inappropriate for me.

    • Hardware decoder - the best solution, but as I understand it, is only
      available for iOS 8.

    For me to be the perfect option if you give me an example for correct decoding h264 stream and display it on the way to the screen.

  • Using ffmpeg to resync an encoded video [closed]

    I am encoding a few videos with av1an and svt-av1-psy.
I have one file with audio that goes out of sync. I usually encode the audio in opus, but even remuxing the original stream result in out of sync.
It seems the new av1 video is shorter of 831ms compare to original. Using mkvtoolnix to set -831ms and use the "correct video timing..." option result in a file that is not far of being well sync, but no quiet perfect and the total lenght of the video is even shorter.

    


    So is there any way to use the original h264 video file as a reference for the new AV1 ?

    


  • Ffmpeg video freeze for longer video

    I have a video of 30 seconds , I am making it 1 hour video using below code

    So The output.mp4 created using above code is 1 hour long and it is getting freezed by vlc ,windows mediaplayer when I seek to certain minutes.But when I set duration d=300 , output video is perfect. Why does long video gets freezed from above output.
