    On some platforms (in particular, ARM/AArch64), the implementation
    
of AV_READ_TIME() may use a privileged instruction - in such
    
cases, benchmarking just fails with a SIGILL.
    

    Instead of crashing, try executing AV_READ_TIME() once within
    
a region with the signal handler active, to allow gracefully
    
informing the user about the issue.
    

    This matches the dav1d checkasm commit

  • Video Stabilization with spin product OpenCV

    I'm trying to stabilize video using OpenCV, but my video is a walkaround 360 spin like this spin, but the stabilize not perfect has a shaking because the optical flow not working perfectly with the spined video

    I’m using amazon s3 as video storage for my website. I’m having problems for some videos. black screen or sound problems etc.

    I want to convert the video to mp4 format after uploading the video to my server and then upload it to amazon. Is it possible with FFMPEG ?

    I’m using this code for uploading files now :
