• Add watermark to video without using ffmpeg - Android [closed]

  I am creating an application where you can edit videos. Now I need to create a function where it is possible to add a watermark to the chosen video. Searching here on Stackoverflow, I found some answers, but they suggest using ffmpeg. I don’t want to use ffmpeg, due to its license. Is there a way to add a watermark to my videos without using ffmpeg ? If so, how ?

  I want to make IPTV with a topology like this :

  Restream / source -----> IPTV server -----> User

  The problem at the moment is the question of bandwidth that is still large.

  Finally I announced by IPTV software providers to transcode with Intel QuickSync video and FFmpeg.

  I followed the steps given by the software provider at the following link :

  I installed IPTV software on a laptop with an Intel processor, chipset and VGA.

  but when I do a transcoding test, an error always appears :

• What's the best way to package FFMPEG for distribution ?

  I need to make FFMPEG available to external clients (in their local machine) so they can use some of the code I'm providing to them.

  


  This is just needed for Windows 10 at the moment.

  


  I know there are pre-built FFMPEG binaries, is it enough for me to provide that or do I need to build/compile it myself ?

  


  Note : I do not need to make any changes to the ffmpeg code.

  


  I'd also love to know if there is specific license/legal information I need to provide within my software ?
