• Does FFmpeg download the video on server to generate screen shot from S3 video url ?

  I am running the following command to generate screenshot from an S3 video url in my server. I want to know if FFmpeg downloads the video to server disk or memory before generating the screenshot. Let me know if anyone knows about this, thanks.

  ffmpeg -i "http://bucket.s3.amazonaws.com/video.mp4" -ss 00:00:10 -vframes 1 -f image2 "screeenshot.jpg"

  Ajout de deux paramètres au modèle doc_img :

  • download ou telecharger string : si == oui affiche un lien de téléchargement du document sous la prévisualisation
  • class_btn_download string : class à ajouter au bouton download
    On évite également l’Ancre de pagination par défaut en mettant son id sur la div parente
    div class="pagination" pour être compatible avec SPIP Bootstrap
    On inclue inc/securiser_action dans mes_fonctions pour avoir la fonction calculer_cle_action disponible

  So I have sucessfully downloaded flash videos on in the past but for some reason I am having issues with a local news report. The video I am trying to download is :

  When I check network sources I get the following output :

  I downloaded a tool recommend to me call ffmpeg and ran a command from a forum that said "Invalid data found when processing input". Unable to figure out issue there.

  Does any one know any scripts/code/tools/methods whatever that I can use to download this video ?

  Any help would be great.
