    MediaSPIP 0.1 beta est la première version de MediaSPIP décrétée comme "utilisable".
    Le fichier zip ici présent contient uniquement les sources de MediaSPIP en version standalone.

    Jolie sélection multiple
    Le plugin Chosen permet d’améliorer l’ergonomie des champs de sélection multiple. Voir les deux images suivantes pour comparer.
    Il suffit pour cela d’activer le plugin Chosen (Configuration générale du site > Gestion des plugins), puis de configurer le plugin (Les squelettes > Chosen) en activant l’utilisation de Chosen dans le site public et en spécifiant les éléments de formulaires à améliorer, par exemple select[multiple] pour les listes à sélection multiple (...)

  • Using ffplay to open a video at a specific window location [on hold]

    I need to use ffplay to open a video file, but i need to pass it x,y coordinates so i can have it play the video where I want it to.

    As default ffplay simply opens the video at the top left corner.

    I’ve tried searching for options in ffplay but i couldnt find it.
    Also tried using window managers like fluxbox, again couldnt find the command)

    Please note that I need to run it as a shell command.

    Any Help would be appreciated.

  • FFMPEG settings for converting images to video

    I convert a set of images to video (video codecs - theora, h264, vp8, vp9, hevc, snow).
    Purpose - the minimum video size with the maximum image quality.
    Now, from all available command-line arguments, I’m using -framerate (fps), -b:v (bitrate) and -s (width*height).
    What other command-line arguments can be useful ?
    In ffmpeg dozens of command-line arguments and parsing each can take a long time.

    I want to start a cloud computing project with the simple task to :

    



      

    1. Receive uploaded video files

      2. 


    2. Do some transcoding / converting to them

      3. 


    3. Allow user to download / stream the generated file

      4. 


    



    I was thinking ffmpeg as an external command line tool integrated in a Java/Google App engine Application. Since it was fairly hard to be assured about the limitations of the framework, can someone tell me if this is feasible ?
