HTML5 audio and video support
13 avril 2011, parMediaSPIP uses HTML5 video and audio tags to play multimedia files, taking advantage of the latest W3C innovations supported by modern browsers.
The MediaSPIP player used has been created specifically for MediaSPIP and can be easily adapted to fit in with a specific theme.
For older browsers the Flowplayer flash fallback is used.

How to resize a video with FFMPEG so that it has a max size, horizontal or vertical, without losing aspect ratio ?
24 septembre 2024, par ipartolaThere are lots of questions on SO about resizing video but they all seem to assume orientation. Let's say that I am ingesting user videos and sometimes they are horizontal and sometimes vertical. I'd like to downscale them to at most 1920x1080 or 1080x1920, depending on orientation, but never upscale. I can't examine videos ahead of time so I am looking for a filter command that will do all this logic in one go. Anyone have anything like this handy ?

FFMPEG command for video based on ratio
15 mars 2017, par pocekI am using ffmpeg (in linux server with php)
and i want to watermark a
png
logo on themp4
file, my problem is thatI want to scale my
logo
and change it based on source video size(for example 1/4 of height),I have this code bellow :
shell_exec('ffmpeg -i file.mp4 -i logo.png -filter_complex "overlay=10:10" file-watered.mp4");
it works on every video.
For Normal (medium) size image :
For Small (medium) size image (witch is bad !)
Ideal output for this size would be :
I’ve changed a little bit my first code like this :
shell_exec('ffmpeg -i file.mp4 -i logo.png -filter_complex "[0:v]scale=500:-1[bg];[bg][1:v]overlay=(main_w-overlay_w):(main_h-overlay_h)" watered.mp4');
The main problem is that, I want to change the logo size based on video size.
How can i do it with ffmpeg ?

Decoding and playing audio with ffmpeg and XAudio2 - frequency ratio wrong
9 mars, par Brent de CarteretI'm using
ffmpeg
to decode audio and output it using the XAudio2 API, it works and plays synced with the video output using the pts. But it's high pitched (i.e. sounds like chipmunks).

Setting breakpoints I can see it has set the correct sample rate from the audio codec in CreateSourceVoice. I'm stumped.

Any help would be much appreciated.
