• FFMPeg for Windows with ZeroMQ

  Is it possible to build FFMPeg for Windows 10 and include ZeroMQ ? None of the builds I can find have it included but it seems like it is part of non-Windows builds.

  


  C++ is not my usual language so my hunch is that there may be Windows specific things blocking its inclusion but I am not certain.

  im trying to download and decrypt some video file
  i have the keyfile and the manifest file but ffmpeg shows up an error

  Error when loading first segment 'http://212......m3u8: Invalid data found when processing input

  here are the 2 files (key and manifest.m3u8)
