    Jolie sélection multiple
    Le plugin Chosen permet d’améliorer l’ergonomie des champs de sélection multiple. Voir les deux images suivantes pour comparer.
    Il suffit pour cela d’activer le plugin Chosen (Configuration générale du site > Gestion des plugins), puis de configurer le plugin (Les squelettes > Chosen) en activant l’utilisation de Chosen dans le site public et en spécifiant les éléments de formulaires à améliorer, par exemple select[multiple] pour les listes à sélection multiple (...)

  • pyinstaller and moviepy, ffmpeg works from terminal but not from finder

    I am packaging python using pyinstaller 2.1 on OSX Mavericks. I have done this successfully in the past, but this is my first package that uses moviepy and ffmpeg. I use the following import :

    from moviepy.video.io import ffmpeg_reader

    Without this line in the code, everything works fine and I can launch my final package from its icon in finder. With the moviepy import, it will work if I launch from the terminal like this :

    open ./myapp.app

    but it will not open if I click on the icon from finder (opens quickly and crashes). I am assuming this has something to do with paths or environment variables that are set in terminal, but are not transferred to my packaged app. I have tried various hidden imports in pyinstaller for moviepy and its dependencies, but nothing seems to work. —debug mode hasn’t provided much info to track it down. Any other ideas ?

  • FFMpeg Mobile video encoding stutter

    I have been playing around with ffmpeg and video encoding and even though my mp4's work great on desktop, they are smooth etc they are terrible on mobile devices. They stutter and load very slowly and I am trying to figure out the problem.

    As an example I made a page using the media element plugin : http://mediaelementjs.com/ and on it I first placed the video that comes with mediaelementjs and it worked well, it scaled to desktop and mobile and loaded quickly and played without any stutter.

    However I loaded my video and it was slow and full of stutter, but only on mobile. So I thought it might be S3 (where it is hosted) but saved the file locally and same thing.

    I am hoping someone who knows h.264 and/or ffmpeg can point me in the direction of why ; here is the current command I am running on ffmpeg :

    ffmpeg -i $input_file_name -vcodec libx264 -r 100 -bt 300k -ac 2 -ar 48000 -ab 192k -strict -2 -y $output_temp_file 2>&1

    So what have I missed ?
