hwcontext_vulkan : actually use the frames exec context for prep/import/export
15 mai 2020, par Lynnehwcontext_vulkan : actually use the frames exec context for prep/import/export
This was never actually used, likely due to confusion, as the device context
also had one used for uploads and downloads.
Also, since we're only using it for very quick image barriers (which are
practically free on all hardware), use the compute queue instead of the
transfer queue. -
How to avoid audio sample 16bit clipping after equalization ?
28 mai 2013, par testCoderI have samples which come from ffmpeg, very often it is 16 bit samples (short type), i have used iir band pass filter with dbGain as described here, after filtering i sometimes got a short type overflow and result of it is some noise when calculated sample value go out from 32767/-32767, Is any way to escape audio pcm sample clipping. May be exists any approaches ?
I have googled but not found any worked example ?
UPDATE
When i cast transfer function calculation result to integer and check overflow then noise still occurs: :
int result = A1 * ((int) Rx) + A2 * ((int) Rxx) + A3 * ((int) Rxxx)
- B1 * ((int) Ryy) - B2 * ((int) Ryyy);
if (result > 32767)
result = 32767;
if (result < -32700)
result = -32700;
y = (short) result; -
RTMP streaming without flash and low latency
4 juin 2020, par Ruben Sanchez CastellanoI have a server that currently streams out RTMP media and I need to play it with minimum delay (2-3 seconds).
Now I'm using CRTMPServer to consume the stream but, since there is no RTMP player without flash dependency, this solutions does not work for me because I need to play it embedded into a web page.

At this point, I tried Nimble Streamer but I only could consume HLS, DASH and SLDP. HLS and DASH has 10 second delay so I discard these approaches.
SLDP has low latency but is a closed protocol and there is only one player (closed but freeware).

On the other hand, there is RTSP but there are no HTML5 players for it. But I couldn't consume RTSP streams from Nimble neither.

Any other ideas ?
